Protein Yogurt Bowl 5 Ways

easy, high protein breakfasts for busy mornings


Lately I’ve been obsessed with yogurt bowls. They’re high protein, quick and easy to make (perfect for my fellow busy moms) and not to mention very customizable.

They’ve become one of my go-to breakfasts on busy mornings when I want something that feels good, keeps me full, and still feels a little bit cozy.

The best part is you can switch them up depending on what you have on hand, so they never really get boring.

Base Yogurt Bowl (Start Here)
For all of these, I usually start with:





– 3/4 – 1 cup vanilla or strawberry Greek yogurt (depending on the variation I’m making) I like to use okios pro but any yogurt brand will work
– Optional: 1/2 scoop protein powder (for extra protein)
– Optional: sugar free sweetener

Mix together until smooth and creamy.

  1. Strawberry Cheesecake Bowl

  • Strawberry yogurt
  • Granola of choice (I like to use vanilla or honey) or u can crush up a couple arrow root or biscoff cookies
  • Diced strawberries
  • White chocolate chips (Optional)

This one feels like a dessert but still keeps things light and simple.

2. Apple Pie Bowl

  • Vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp pb powder or 1 tbsp actual pb
  • Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup for drizzle
  • Half an apple diced
  • Granola and pumpkin seeds

Tastes like a soft, cozy fall morning. ( I usually don’t add protein powder to this one)

3. Chocolate Peanut Butter Bowl

  • Vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Sliced banana
  • Pb powder or real pb drizzle
  • Granola

This one is so good when you’re craving something sweet.

4. Tiramisu Bowl

  • Vanilla yogurt
  • 1-2 tsp instant espresso powder
  • Arrow root or biscoff cookies
  • Leftover coffee or cold brew (to dip the cookies in)
  • Cocoa powder for garnish

This one is good when you need a little extra caffeine boost! (I like to make this one the night before so the cookies have time to absorb) If u use protein powder I recommend vanilla for this in this one.

5. Chocolate Covered Strawberry Bowl

  • Strawberry yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa powder (optional if u want extra chocolate)
  • Diced strawberries
  • Melted dark chocolate for drizzle or sprinkle chocolate chips

A classic combo that never gets old perfect for summer sweet cravings.

Tips for Making It Feel Special

  • Use a glass or cute bowl (it really makes a difference 🤍)
  • Add a drizzle for that “finished” look
  • Pair it with a coffee for the full morning vibe

These yogurt bowls have been such an easy way to make mornings feel a little more put together without adding any extra stress.

They’re simple, filling, and easy to adjust depending on what you’re in the mood for.
